Our regular season runs from September to the end of May.

We have a summer season from July-August.

Registration for the 2023/2024 season opens July 31st.

Our rates are based on an average of 4 lessons per month. A flat rate of $107 will be charged at the beginning of each month for September to May (9 months). The final month of the season (May) will be billed once any credits accumulated over the year are applied. Note: if you start payments mid-month the fees will applied to every 4 lessons.

Last minute cancellations (less than a week’s notice) can not be rescheduled or refunded. Missed lessons are considered forfeit. If a weeks notice is given, an effort will be made to reschedule, however please note that due to scheduling restraints, this can’t always be accommodated. A maximum of 3 cancellations with advance notice is allowed. After 3 cancellations, you will be charged for all further cancellations. Payments cannot be transferred to the next month. Fees can be transferred to another family member. Please give as much notice as possible if you have to cancel your lessons. The month in which you discontinue lessons will be charged. Please do not attend lessons when feeling sick.

Image/Video Permission

We occasionally share photos and or videos of our teachers teaching students and our students progress in order to celebrate their success! Here is the consent form: I give permission to take photographs and / or video of myself and/or my child. I grant full rights to use the images resulting from the photography/video filming, and any reproductions or adaptations of the images for fundraising, publicity or other purposes to help achieve the group’s aims. This might include (but is not limited to), the right to use them in their printed and online publicity, social media, press releases and funding applications.

Step 3: Make a payment. To complete your registration, pay for your first month of lessons now, or use the second link to set up recurring payments. The amount is $107 per month. If you are registering multiple students or would like to pay for multiple months at once, you can increase the quantity in the PayPal form.
